INTERNATIONAL ICE HOCKEY AGENCY SURPASS is a Swiss-Czech company operating worldwide since 2006. At the beginning of the ice hockey agency Surpass, there was an idea of participation throughout the year in a comprehensive development of ice hockey coaches and players from an early age till the end of the active player's career and thus to ensure a comprehensive service all over the world.
The motto of the ice hockey agency Surpass is "To be better and to surpass". In our experience it means to be helpful to anyone who wants to be better and surpass.
The aim of the ice hockey agency Surpass is to care about ice hockey players comprehensively. The care mentioned includes fitness training, ice hockey camps, psychological counseling, appropriate eating and all representation of players in the form of negotiation of player's contracts, transfers, PR services – advertising promotion, legal and financial counseling.
From the history of ICE HOCKEY AGENCY SURPASS
In 2006, the idea to participate throughout the year in a comprehensive development of hockey players from an early age till the end of the active player's career, was born.
The base of players from all over the world seeking our assistance has grown dramatically. We have started to organize ice hockey camps and worked with players both personally and remotely. We compiled training schedules for them, individual ice hockey training sessions and menus.
For players represented, we have chosen the path of extension of active scouting in the highest league and in the lower leagues. The job of ice hockey scout consisted of long-term active monitoring of youth teams matches. We selected also players who were not outstanding in the statistics, but they had the potential to be better. We have started working together with these players and the results were not long in coming.
Another milestone of the Ice Hockey Agency Surpass was the psychological, legal and financial counseling. The comprehensive management of players includes also advertising and PR – Public Relations. Today, we take care actively for more than 500 players and coaches worldwide.
